Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Technix Technology, we prioritize transparency and fairness while ensuring the sustainability of our services. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect the interests of the company while maintaining high service standards. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Cancellation Policy


Service Cancellation:

All service purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.

Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if the service has not been initiated. After 24 hours, no cancellations will be accepted.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@technixtechnology.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Product Cancellation:

Orders for physical products can only be canceled before processing begins. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Orders for digital products or software licenses are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.


Refund Policy


Services Refund:

No refunds will be issued for any services once initiated.

If Technix Technology, at its sole discretion, determines that a refund is warranted due to an exceptional circumstance, a partial refund may be considered based on the unused portion of the service.


Product Refund:

Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers must provide photographic evidence and receive approval before returning an item.

Refunds for returned products will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the item, subject to verification of the defect.

Digital products and software licenses are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.


Subscription Refunds:

No refunds will be issued for monthly or annual subscriptions once activated.

Customers may cancel future renewals by submitting a request at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.


Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method within 15-20 business days.

Technix Technology is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.

Chargebacks or disputes initiated without contacting Technix Technology first will result in a permanent ban from using our services.


Exceptions and Special Conditions

No refunds or cancellations will be granted for violations of Technix Technology's Terms of Service.

Custom development, consulting, or any service involving customization is strictly non-refundable once initiated.

Refunds due to dissatisfaction with the service/product will not be entertained unless explicitly agreed upon by Technix Technology.

Technix Technology reserves the right to deny any refund or cancellation request at its sole discretion.
