We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about building brand presence, increasing online engagement, and driving measurable growth through digital campaigns. You will work with the marketing team to create social media content, manage digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and support execution across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging posts, captions, and campaign ideas.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be available full-time for the entire 6-month internship duration.
  • Must share portfolio links or examples of social media/content work (personal or academic projects are accepted).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
  • Create content and creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly analytics reports.
  • Support social media scheduling, community engagement, and audience interaction.
  • Coordinate with the design and SEO teams for content and website improvements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify digital growth opportunities.
  • Research current marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

Preferred Qualification

Experience running paid ads on Meta / LinkedIn / Google Ads. Ability to edit reels/shorts using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. Familiarity with SEO or website CMS platforms such as WordPress. Certifications in Digital Marketing from Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.

Stipend Eligibility Criteria

  • Actively participate in meetings, reviews, and campaign discussions.
  • Adhere to professional conduct, confidentiality, and branding guidelines.
  • Early exit or termination due to low performance/disciplinary actions will void stipend eligibility.
