Opening Summary

We are looking for passionate backend developers who want to gain real-world experience building production-grade RESTful services and scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java. This internship offers hands-on exposure to backend engineering, database design, API development, logging, and cloud deployment workflows.

You will work with senior engineers to design and implement backend modules that power real applications.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Core Java
• Good knowledge of Spring Boot — dependency injection, controllers, services, repositories
• Experience with JPA / Hibernate
• Familiarity with MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of REST API fundamentals and JSON
• Understanding of Git / GitHub

Responsibilities

• Build scalable REST APIs using Spring Boot
• Develop microservices and reusable backend components
• Integrate with databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Work with authentication, authorization, and role-based access
• Implement logging, exception handling, and data validation
• Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams for API requirements
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and unit testing

Preferred Qualification

Knowledge of Spring Security / JWT authentication Experience with Swagger / OpenAPI Familiarity with Docker and microservices Basic understanding of message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Stipend Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates applying must meet the following conditions:
• Strong interest in backend development and Java frameworks
• Ability to dedicate full-time availability for 6 months
• Must have a personal laptop/desktop with reliable internet
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Month 1 – Month 3 Training & project contribution (No stipend)
• Month 4 – Month 6 Monthly stipend based on performance
